PT. Arkonin Manggala Pratama Engineering have participated in empowerment activities since P2KP II stage 1 in 2002 and continues to follow the development of the project to be PNPM Urban until 2012. In starting accompanying Banten province, later expanded to accompany Jakarta, West Kalimantan, Jambi, Riau and Riau Islands, covering more than 700 villages and enabled more than 500 facilitators community facilitators. The Direct Community Assistance funds are managed successfully reached more than 150 billion being used to work on projects scale village community as determined by the local residents.

Urban PNPM activities is the integration of empowerment and capacity building in the implementation of PNPM Urban community to encourage local economic development (Local Economic Development) and the creation of livelihoods for the poor (livelihood).
