Job description:
PT Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk. developing Tuban 1, Tuban 2 and Tuban 3 by adding a production capacity of 7,000 tons / day to 8,000 tons / day in 2008 and will be increased to 9,000 tonnes / day for Tuban 1 and 8,500 tons / day for each Tuban 2 and Tuban 3. Duration of work completion 20 months from the date of May 4, 2009 s / d January 3rd, 2011.

Phase I:

• Installation of new hood TAD Tuban 1; Laying out the air duct take Tuban 1; Tuban 1/2/3 cross pipe installation, relocation gypsum storage Tuban 1, Extend ER # 4, # 5 ER, ER # 6; Modifications foundation Tuban dual drive 1; Installation of new cooler ESP

Phase II:
Upgrade reclaimer L / S 321 RR 1; Upgrade RM 341 feeder TG 1; Replacement of the main filter fan 341 FN 6; Replacement ID Fan 441 441 FN FN 1 & 2; Replacement downcomer; Replacement top cyclone;

Installation independent A / S; Installation of dual drive 441 KL 1; Replacement of the main burner; Tie-in tertiary water duck; Installation Pre-hopper 481 PW 1; Installation of the new MMC cooler 441 CC 1; Installation of new ESP cooler 441 EP 2; Upgrade clinker transport 451 DB 2

2. Tuban 2

• Replacement of feeder Pfister 482 PW 3; The addition of parallel play 6A filter FN 342; Replacement 442 FN 1; Extra flexibility of product transport; Raw Mill 2 to Tuban Tuban 1

3. Tuban 3

• Replacement of feeder Pfister 483 PW 3; The addition of parallel play 6A filter FN 343; Replacement 443 FN 1

B. New Mill Coal manufacture – Tuban 1
1. Main Equipment (Upgrade reclaimer B / B, transport and drier; Coal Transport; Grinding Mill – Atox Mill; Pulverized Transport)
2. Utilities (New Electrical Room f / coal mill (extend ER # 4); Install Tarvo 15 MVA, 20 KV / 6.3KV in SS # 2; PLC – Control System f / new coal mill)
